Academic Search

Jim O’Dea joined Academic Search in 2004 and has assisted over twenty searches at the dean and provost level. Jim worked for the West Des Moines School district for years as an administrator with particular focus on staff evaluation and hiring, budget management, and technology. Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry with a minor in education, a Master’s degree in education, and a Specialist’s degree in secondary administration—all from Drake University.
