Colleen Addison joined Academic Search in 2004 and has assisted over two dozen presidential and dean searches, in addition to compiling a detailed study of presidential spouse compensation methods. Previously, she worked in healthcare management for over a decade, culminating with six years as a manager at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, one of the nation’s largest healthcare consulting firms. Colleen holds a Master’s degree in healthcare administration from Saint Louis University and a double Bachelor’s degree in foreign affairs and politics from Assumption College.
