Sarah Lawrence College - Dean of the College
Bronxville, NY - Sarah Lawrence College President Karen Lawrence and Board of Trustees Chair John A. Hill have announced that Jerrilynn D. Dodds will become the next Dean of the College, assuming responsibilities on August 1, 2009.

Eric Smith, Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer, began his career with Academic Search in April 2010. As Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer, Eric is responsible for the financial, program, and administrative management of Academic Search, which includes ensuring that the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Prior to joining Academic Search, Eric was an Audit Manager for two local public accounting firms, where he performed financial statement audit for many for-profit and not-for-profit organizations of differing sizes. During his time in public accounting Eric also serves as a financial advisor to many of his clients. Eric graduated summa cum laude from Mount Saint Mary’s College, majoring in Accounting. In addition, Eric received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary’s University.
Eric is also a volunteer member of multiple not-for-profit Boards. He serves on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Frederick County (serving three years as Treasurer) and recently joined the Board of Directors as Treasurer of Ivymount Outreach Programs which provides individualized therapeutic and educational support services to children with disabilities.
