  • Develop a national advertising strategy focused on both traditional and niche publications, in print and online;
  • Distribute a nationwide call for nominations and applications;
  • Follow up with nominated candidates;
  • Directly recruit highly qualified candidates using the extensive networks of each of the 32 Academic Search consultants, and
  • Employ strategies that meet or exceed institutional affirmative action/equal opportunity expectations.
