Launching a successful appointee is a responsibility we take seriously at Academic Search. We employ best practices to produce the most successful appointment for our clients and then stay on to help the new appointee successfully transition into the position. To us, search is greater than an appointment; it is about that person’s success in office.
Your consultant, with support from the entire Academic Search team will:
- Assist with a public announcement of appointment;
- Facilitate, as appropriate, an initial planning and agenda setting meeting between the appointing officer and the new appointee, and
- Provide transition-related consultation as requested throughout the appointee’s first year in office.
